His Phone For Porshe

 

17-year old Steven Ortiz from California traded up from an old cell phone to a Porsche Boxster. Well... it wasn't quite that easy! It all started when a friend gave him an old used cell phone. Using Craigslist he traded that phone for a better phone, which he then traded for an iPod touch. He traded that for a series of dirt bikes, a MacBook Pro, and a 1987 Toyota 4Runner. 15 at the time he couldn't drive his new car so swapped it out for a souped-up off-road golfcart, another more valuable dirt bike, a streetbike, then a series of cars ending with a 1975 Ford Bronco. He spent a few months enjoying each trade before going on the hunt for his next upgrade that eventually landed him with the Porshe that he now drives to school!
