I'm a long time emailer; first time listener.
I've heard Beth talk about fitness and stuff and thought maybe
she could help me. There's a class being offered at my gym that
I'm thinking about signing up for, but I'm not sure if it'll be
worth my time. It's low impact and focuses mostly on cardio. I
video taped the instructor and thought maybe you could evaluate
her technique for me since it's kind of expensive. Please let
me know what you think.
